Maple Leaf Foods has also faced many problems in their companies history.

Disadvantages

• Maple Leaf Foods was blamed for one of the worst  food disease  in Canadian History 
• Recall lead to sickness, and death of many people
• Later when the recall ended, there wwere a significant drop in sales  in the company 
• Maple Leaf Foods are still trying to recover from the major destruction  from the Recall
